ONS Wealth and Assets Survey Round 8 — household wealth percentiles

This source is useful enough to browse, but it is not used to calculate a personal WORTH99 percentile. The limitation is shown explicitly below instead of hiding the source.

WHAT IT SHOWS

What you can learn from it

Direct official Great Britain total-household-wealth thresholds from P10 through P99, including a median of £293,700, P90 of £1,200,500 and P99 of £3,121,500.

WHY NO PERSONAL RANK?

Why it stays Explore-only

This is a Great Britain distribution, not a full United Kingdom distribution: Northern Ireland is outside the WAS reference population. WORTH99 therefore keeps it visible for exploration without silently relabelling it as the UK country-ranking route.

RIGHTS / SOURCE NOTE

How WORTH99 uses it

ONS published statistics are reusable under the UK Open Government Licence v3.0. Round 8 granular estimates also carry ONS quality/accreditation cautions, which remain visible in WORTH99 source notes.

PRODUCT BOUNDARY

Browseable does not mean rankable.

WORTH99 keeps useful wealth evidence visible even when the source cannot support a defensible personal percentile. This page does not invent missing assets, liabilities, household distributions or percentile thresholds.
