PUBLISHED FIGURES

Rwanda 2023–24 household housing and phone access

These are four source-published national household survey percentages, not person-level rates, monetary housing values, household net worth or wealth-ranked percentiles. Housing tenure and device ownership are different questions and must not be summed. The NISR 2025 reports disagree on computer, television and radio measures; those conflicted indicators, consumption quintiles and person-age-10+ mobile rates are deliberately excluded. No personal wealth ranking is supported.

WHAT IT SHOWS

What you can learn from it

NISR EICV7 national household survey (2023–24) includes credit, savings and durable-goods modules, but these are not validated as a complete net-worth distribution. The four published national household indicators displayed here are 72.4% owner-occupied, 21.3% renting, 84.6% with any cellphone and 34.3% with a smartphone. They describe housing tenure and device ownership, not monetary household net worth or personal percentiles.

WHY NO PERSONAL RANK?

Why it stays Explore-only

The source is valuable for Explore, but WORTH99 has not verified and frozen a complete current asset-minus-liability stock construction suitable for a personal net-worth percentile. Raw microdata category counts are not presented as national rates without reviewed weighting and denominators.

PRODUCT BOUNDARY

Browseable does not mean rankable.

WORTH99 keeps useful wealth evidence visible even when the source cannot support a defensible personal percentile. This page does not invent missing assets, liabilities, household distributions or percentile thresholds.
